Introduction To Future Skills Academy
Founded in 2025, Future Skills Academy (FSA) is built on one belief: skills are the currency of the future. In a rapidly evolving world shaped by technology and the goals of Oman Vision 2040, professionals need practical skills that drive real performance.
At FSA, we combine cognitive science, industry expertise, and hands-on training to help individuals think better, perform better, and grow faster. Our interactive classrooms, modern IT labs, and experienced trainers create a learning environment designed for real-world success.

What Are Cognitive Skills ?
Cognition (Gk. “I know”)refers to how we acquire, process, and use knowledge to understand the world and learn new information. Research shows that cognitive skills play a critical role in a person’s ability to learn and perform.
These skills include attention, memory, perception, language, reasoning, and problem-solving. They enable the brain to focus, read, understand, remember, and make decisions.

Cognitive Assessment The Gold Standard in Skills Measurement
The Gibson Test of Cognitive Skills is a scientifically based assessment that measures the brain skills behind learning, performance, and productivity. Unlike traditional IQ tests, it identifies specific cognitive strengths and weaknesses and shows how they can be improved.
Future Skills Academy is Oman’s exclusive licensed partner, offering professional assessments and personalised BrainRx training plans. The test is available for children (5+), adolescents, adults, and seniors, making it suitable for schools, workplaces, and individuals seeking cognitive development.
